Very disappointing experience. I gave my brand-new car (just 10 days old) for sun film protection, and they caused scratches on both sides of the rear glass and a deep scratch on the front windshield — without even informing me. When I noticed and questioned it, the manager denied it at first, saying it was “water marks.” Only after insisting did they accept it. The owner was rude initially, telling me to file a complaint or court case. Later, he offered graphene and hydrophobic coating as goodwill, but that doesn’t fix the damage to my new car. Please think twice before visiting — poor handling and unprofessional response.
Initially I had a confusion between ceramic / graphine / PPF.. after thoughtful considering o opted for graphine coating from Detailing company. From the first call and till delivery the approach is very professional. Delivery was as similar to showroom delivery but here you don’t have to worry on cleaning/ washing too much as the dust and water won’t stick much on your vehicle after coating. Just take a wax duster and wipe for 2-3 minutes before starting engine. That’s all you are ready to go, previously I used to prepare my vehicle for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Now all time saves and body painting is too good now. Highly recommend Mr Dinesh from DC.
