I visited Monsoon Salon today and had a facial done by Mariya. It was a really relaxing and refreshing experience. Mariya was very professional, gentle, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. She explained the steps clearly and used products that felt great on my skin. I could immediately feel the difference after the facial—my skin felt clean, soft, and rejuvenated. The overall ambiance of the salon was pleasant and hygienic as well. Thank you, Mariya, for the wonderful service. I’ll definitely be visiting again and would recommend her to anyone looking for a good facial experience!

I visited monsoon salon today with my sister for her Botox treatment, and the experience was really good. The staff were professional and made us feel comfortable throughout. My sister is very happy with the results. One of the best salons for Botox. Highly recommended!

Went for nail art service after enquiring through whatsapp. Where they mentioned nail art was 89 Rs per finger. And there was no other details mentioned on what is included and not. Even after sitting for service, i had asked for designs that they can do and the person said me to choose on my own and so did i. After showing the designs they say it is not included, every design showed they say it can't be done. Just because they started I just said them to apply gel polish, and the person has done random art on my nails. Which I cant even keep. In case anyone is going for nail service please show the designs prior and request the prices. And the receptionist wasn't even ready to accept the feedback that they should inform prior, was just arguing that it is more art bla bla. Attached the pictures of the art they have done, which a kid could have done better Reply to the comment shared by the team. FYI- There was no details shared by your team and i didn't even ask for simple art. Even for simple art, the work doesn't deliver the quality. The heart is not a heart even in the work done. Hope the team has the courage to accept the wrong doings and some acceptance to feedback instead trying to provide false information in the name of reply. Try to give justification to such pathetic work.. and the chrome nails.. i didnt even ask for.. what a goodwill in doing the design that you want instead of what the customer needs. Your team can't even show a catalouge fot designs that can be done under the pricing the quote... i wonder how your team explained me the details. 😂😂😂
