⭐ 1-Star Extremely Unhygienic & Mismanaged Experience "A restaurant should serve comfort, not concern." Unfortunately, my visit yesterday was the complete opposite. I was shocked to see cockroaches roaming in the chat corner, on the floor, and even near the food containers. This is absolutely unacceptable. I strongly urge all parents: "Do not take your children to a place where hygiene is compromised." It is simply not safe. The situation inside was just as disappointing: Untrained staff — I had to ask for water more than twice, yet it never arrived. Poor food quality — More than half the items from the menu were unavailable. The food that was served was tasteless. No cutlery on the table — I waited 15 minutes just for a soup bowl. Every refill required repeated requests (3+ times). Barbeque items and rotis took excessively long to arrive. The crowd was completely mismanaged with no proper seating arrangements. The whole experience felt like "a chair race with plates in hand", rather than a dinner outing. Overall, this place desperately needs to take hygiene, staff training, and customer service seriously. I hope management treats this as a wake-up call before more customers walk out with the same disappointment.
Must-try items: If you do visit, the Paneer Tikka and Pineapple Tikka were tasty. Along with the Pizza, these were the only items served hot and flavorful along with Red velvet and chocolate pastry. Mocktails are also good. The Major Issues: Chaos & Crowding: The management is clearly overwhelmed. There are too many people and no organized flow, making the dining area feel cramped and chaotic and highly unmanaged. Service Lag: Wait times are excessive. We spent more time waiting for food to be refilled than actually eating. Last resort is to take what seems tasty and move on.Item mentioned in menu were felt missing when we entered restaurant. Temperature & Availability: Most of the dishes was served cold. To make matters worse, only few dessert options was available. Final Verdict: Despite a few tasty appetizers like the Paneer and Pineapple Tikka, the poor management and cold food make this a place I won’t be returning to anytime soon.
Amazing pure veg restaurant. The food was fresh, flavorful, and well presented. Service was quick and staff was polite. Highly recommended for veg lovers. Tried multiple veg dishes and each one was tasty. Portion size is good and prices are reasonable. Perfect place for friends, family, party dining.
