Cyborg Services is the company who fixed my expense Bose Music System at a very reasonable rate and picked up the system from my house and delivered vered when fully repaired. Excellent technician. Very BAD customer support...technician spoken over phone but not attended assigned job ( washing machine repair) after waiting of almost 08 hrs...on repeated contact with Cyborg Services, they simply say at 1705 hrs that you may now get help from other sources... I have wasted my full day believing that Cybrog Services will COMMIT & send their technicians in time but in vain..my faith on CYBROG SERVICES lost completely & suggest other customers be careful enough before selecting their services, keeping in mind your valuable times. My TV parts was not available in the market,they asked us to keep patience nd we did that, nd got excellent service from them .We r Happy in their work.The best part we liked was their confidence that the piece will get repaired nd they did it.
