The hotel charges prices comparable to premium properties, but the service and policies are extremely disappointing. One of the most basic expectations from a hotel stay is the ability to meet guests in your room, especially for business purposes. However, this hotel does not allow any visitors in the room and instead asks guests to meet in the restaurant or open areas. This policy makes absolutely no sense. If we only wanted to meet someone in a public space, we wouldn’t book a hotel room in the first place. For business travelers, this becomes even more inconvenient, as meeting clients or candidates privately in a room is often necessary. Charging premium rates while imposing such restrictive and impractical rules is unfair. The hotel needs to rethink its guest policies if it wants to justify its pricing. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience.
A good hotel that I choose every time I need to come to Ahmedabad. Not far away from the important locations, clean, strictly no smoking policy. Rooms are pretty small, but to me it doesn't matter. Excellent price/quality ratio.
Recently stayed for 5 nights.Good location.Neat place. Room size pretty small for the price.Since the shower was placed centrally it made the whole bathoom wet for the day.Staffs on the breakfast shift didnt bother about service. Lot can improve.
