Had a good experience at Conçu, Jubilee Hills—a well-known spot for desserts and coffee. The ambiance is pleasant with soft music, and the place has a lively, relaxed vibe. Service was prompt and courteous. We tried the cruffin and cinnamon roll, paired with an espresso and cappuccino. Both the desserts and the coffee were delicious, and we left feeling satisfied.
We visited Concu in Jubilee Hills — a place we regularly go to during Christmas for their plum rum cake, which continues to be one of our absolute favorites. On our recent visit, we ordered their signature buttermilk fried chicken, red velvet cupcake, a French vanilla latte with almond milk (from their specialty coffee menu), and a cream-based pastry topped with assorted berries. The buttermilk fried chicken is always a hit with my kid which is crispy and flavorful. The red velvet cupcake was decent, though not exceptional. We were quite disappointed with the French vanilla latte — it had an overpowering, bitter coffee flavor that didn’t suit our taste. Even after they helpfully added more milk, it was still not something we’d order again. The berry cream pastry, on the other hand, was delicious. A sweet gesture was how they gave a toy/activity set to keep my kid entertained while we waited. The ambience was lovely and cozy, adding to the overall experience. One small downside was the valet parking — although there was ample space for me to park myself, the valet staff insisted on taking over, which felt a bit unnecessary. But next time I went this was better.
The Italian food items were amazing, though they are Indianised… The hummus here was better and the closest one to original hummus, when compared with other places in hyderabad. Coffees were nice. The buffalo mozzarella was as good as in Europe, and I am surprised to have it in Hyderabad. Overall I highly recommend this place.
