Visited Foo on Brigade Road with friends and really liked the experience. The ambience is nice and lively, and service was smooth throughout. Both the food and mocktails were very good. We tried a few dishes and honestly liked almost everything. The blue sticky rice and brown noodles were the highlight. Everyone at the table enjoyed them. Flavours were balanced and portions were decent. Mocktails were refreshing and paired well with the food. Overall, a very satisfying meal and a place I’d happily visit again. Good option on Brigade Road if you’re looking for tasty Asian food and a nice dine-in vibe.

Foo is a pan Asian fine dining restaurant on Brigade Road . As soon as you enter , you are welcomed with twinkling fairy lights and a garden setting. We were seated upstairs in the balcony area . The interiors are classy . The food is awesome . All the ingredients were so fresh and taste was authentic . The condiments and sauces that came were also nice. The wontons were crispy . The bao was simple out of the world . I didn’t know what an authentic bao tasted like before visiting this place . Loved the tacos too . The Thai yelp curry was delectable but quantity was too less . The vegetables in the curry were not adequate . Same for Asian chicken gravy . There were very few chicken pieces . Since they are charging so much per dish , the quantity should also be better . I loved the gourmet food . I wish they improve the quantity served . It’s way too less !
