We had a banquet arranged for my Boss's birthday celebration and the ambience was good, courteous staff, very helpful indeed. Food was fantastic, very flexible and affordable cost as well. The hotel being in the city center was very easily accessible. Thanks to Mr. Manikandan and Ms. Nagalakshmi for all the arrangements. We really appreciate the Vestin Park team.
Renovation is complete, and the new rooms look clean and amazing. Dinner was nutritious, and cleaning is done daily. Room service is available 24/7, and laundry was neatly handled. Staff were very helpful. It would be appreciated if they don't call so early on the day of checkout, to avoid disturbing guests’ circadian rhythms.
I recently had a very pleasant stay and was thoroughly impressed with the standards maintained at this property. The housekeeping staff deserves special commendation for their exceptional work. Ms. Lauren and team were extremely helpful and quick to respondto our needs. Given Chennai’s hot and humid climate, their diligence in keeping the room spotless and ensuring a constant supply of fresh towels was greatly appreciated. It made a significant difference in the comfort of my stay. The bathroom was impeccably clean, and the guest rooms were well-maintained throughout my visit. It is clear that the management prioritizes hygiene and guest comfort. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
