Cream Story Plus

Visited The Cream Story, Anna Nagar and absolutely loved it! We tried the Korean Cheese Bun and Milk Cake—both were out of this world. The taste was rich, fresh, and literally melted in my tongue. 😍 The service was excellent, and the ambiance was very pleasant and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. Definitely a must-visit place for dessert lovers! 🍰✨

This particular Cream Story outlet is one of their biggest in Chennai and is also said to be a premium version of their stores. We went as a large group of around 15 to 20 people, and although the place was packed, we managed to squeeze in and sit close to each other, which was a plus. We ordered quite a lot, though I’ve forgotten a few item names. From what I remember (and from the pictures), we had the Biscoff cheesecake, pistachio cheesecake, lychee panna cotta, waffle with ice cream, Death by Nutella waffle, and ice cream with hot fudge brownie. On our first visit, the experience was good and we really liked the quality of the desserts. But this time, after visiting again a few days later, the quality especially of the ingredients, toppings, and sauces had clearly dropped. We ordered the same items expecting the same taste, but they just didn’t feel worth it anymore. This visit was honestly disappointing and felt like a mistake coming back, mainly because our expectations were based on a much better previous experience. Consistency is something they really need to work on.

The Triple Chocolate ice cream is absolute perfection. Watching them blend the rich chocolate ice cream with fudgy brownies and chocolate chips on the frozen marble slab is a treat in itself. It is intensely rich, beautifully textured, and not overly sweet.Ambience & Service: The Anna Nagar shop is clean, well-lit, and has a very welcoming atmosphere—perfect for a late-night dessert craving. The staff is polite, patient with customizations, and serves you quickly even during peak weekend hours. It is highly satisfying and perfect for sharing
