During the initial inspection, it was mentioned that both the indoor and outdoor PCB boards had short circuit issues and would require service center repair. However, after a detailed inspection at the service center, it was found that only the outdoor unit PCB board had an issue. What truly stood out was Yeshwanth’s honesty. He could have easily claimed that both PCB boards were faulty and charged extra, but instead, he transparently informed me that only the outdoor PCB needed repair. That level of integrity is rare. He came home to fix the repaired PCB board. The way he reinstalled all the damaged wires was slow, steady, and precise—there was no trial-and-error approach. The AC started perfectly on the very first attempt. Later, I requested a deep cleaning service with foam wash. He came fully equipped and handled the job very professionally. I also asked him to check the gas levels. Once again, he proved his transparency by honestly confirming that the gas level was perfectly fine, even after 5 months of non-usage. Yeshwanth is extremely honest, transparent, and highly skilled—qualities that are unfortunately missing in many AC repair services today. I highly recommend him for any AC repair or service needs.
