We are extremely happy that we have enrolled both my daughters, Vajra and Rajvi at Foundree School - Chembur. It has truly been one of the best decisions We have made. Vajra eagerly looks forward to school every morning, which reflects the wonderful and nurturing environment. As it was Rajvi’s first time at school, I was a little anxious but the team helped her settle in beautifully. She has already picked up new actions and joyfully responds to songs at home. Thank you to the entire Foundree team for creating such a warm and encouraging space for our little ones. 🌸
We enrolled our 3-year-old in good faith and paid fees for the term, however we had to cease attendance after just two days due to our child becoming significantly distressed, including crying and difficulty sleeping. This was extremely challenging for our family. What added to our distress was how the situation was handled. There was a clear lack of communication, we had to follow up multiple times for clarity, and the only solution offered was that we continue bringing our child to care, as fees would not be refunded. We proposed that the trial and two attended days be deducted, however the business refused to refund any remaining fees. The non-refund policy was not clearly communicated to us prior to enrolment. We believe childcare providers should prioritise a child’s wellbeing and communicate policies transparently. Parents should confirm all refund and trial terms in writing before enrolling. As requested I’ve sent an email but haven’t heard back in over a week. As shared in the review these guys don’t take these issues seriously and there is a clear lack of understanding, sensitivity and communication.
A wonderfully clean and well-kept school with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The classrooms are bright and organized, and the staff clearly takes pride in maintaining a safe, tidy environment. It’s an excellent place to consider for kindergarten, caring teachers, a nurturing setting, and a great start for young learners.
