Approached CK bakery for my nieces birthday cake and the experiance was phenomenal. As soon as we stepped in, Mr.Prashanth, the store manager explained the possibilities, ideas for best execution of the cake and also gave clear description of the final product. We were offered different flavours to decide and he took up full responsibility of delivering the product on time, at the location,on behalf of the bakery. The whole process was seamless. We needed a dozen of cupcakes in the last moment and he along with his team customised it to our cake design, even without us asking/mentioning, which shows the level of involvement the team has. On the day of the event, Mr Prashanth along along with his team delivered the cake on time at the said place and ensured it was properly and securely placed on the stage. The taste was exceptional and design was great too. I'm very happy with the service provided by the team and will definitely choose only CK bakery Gopalapuram for any future orders. Must try for small or big events!
