I got my MRCP and MRI tests done at PC Diagnostics Center and I am really impressed with their service. The staff was extremely professional, courteous, and helpful throughout the process. From registration to the actual scan and report delivery, the experience was smooth and comfortable. The technicians explained the procedure well and made sure I was at ease, especially since I was anxious before the tests. The reports were ready on time, and overall the quality of service was excellent. Too much wait time for scan - 2hrs despite prior appointment. Poor set up and technician. Refused card payment and gave excuse that POS Machine wasn't working. I would not recommend.
