I had a wonderful experience with this pet store. They were extremely helpful and responsive from the very beginning. My cocker spaniel puppy was delivered right on time healthy, active, and already showing signs of being a fast learner! The owner personally guided and coordinated with us throughout the entire process. He kept me updated with regular videos of the puppy playing and shared its whereabouts until it reached us safely. Even after delivery, he continued to provide support and advice, which I truly appreciate. He also gave me detailed, easy to follow instructions on puppy care what to feed, when to feed, and how to handle different needs. It made the whole process smooth and stress free. Overall, I’m very happy and grateful for such a positive experience. Highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a healthy, well cared for puppy and excellent after sale support!

We brought home a German Shepherd puppy in March. I was initially skeptical as the owner was insisting on sending the pup home instead of us going to the kennel and choosing the puppy. We wanted to choose the puppy specifically as my Golden Retriever is comfortable around only select dogs. To our pleasant surprise, the puppy came home in its full health, is very energetic and naughty. For the first few days, they were continuously following up on the pup's health, its food habits and if it is adjusting to the home. The pup is very active, healthy and super duper cute.
