THE CENT HOTEL

I stayed here for 10 nights. This was actually my second choice, as my first option wasn’t available, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. The initial impressions weren’t great, but I chose to stay because of the convenient location. Over time, I came to appreciate the service—it was friendly, adaptable, and attentive. All my special requests were honored, and even my suggestions for improvement were received positively and implemented promptly, which was very satisfying. The rooms were spacious and met our needs, though cleanliness could certainly be improved. The highlight of my stay was the breakfast. Every day, they provided room service for my mother with cut fruits (watermelon, muskmelon), idli with chutney and sambar, boiled eggs, parathas with pickle and curd, upma/poha, dosa, and omelette from the live counter. This thoughtful service stood out. Special thanks to Supraja, who handled our requests with exceptional courtesy and care. The reception staff were generally friendly, though a few seemed disengaged and unclear about their roles, giving the impression they might need better training. Overall, I would recommend this property for its location, flexible service, and decent rooms. With improvements in cleanliness and a more family-friendly approach, it has the potential to earn a much higher rating.

Peaceful stay. Everything provided were upto the 3⭐️ standard . Friendly staff. Check in and check out were smoothly done . Breakfast was one of the main highlight . Tasty food provided by the restaurant inside the hotel . We had lunch from there too. Chicken biriyani was too tasty. I will look forward to stay here only in my future trips. Fully satisfied with the service. Highly recommended for all who are looking for comfort stay near lakadikapul bus stop.

I am just going to extend on the review which Andy Hearn has written. He is spot on with his review. Only thing was regarding the housekeeping, I was fortunate enough to connect with their Manager Ms Durga. She ensured the housekeeping was done properly and were being taken care of. Breakfast is good. Bed linen needs to be improved. Room needs to be upgraded. They have a huge space in their rooms. Overall a basic stay with good food and helpful staff.
