Novotel Ahmedabad

I recently stayed at Novotel. And I would like to share my experience with the housekeeping staffs Mr Bappa ,mr.ankit,mr gaddu,mr.nilesh, mr.aman. they all were very friendly ,& helpful person thank you so much for making my stay more comfortable.The cleanliness of my room was exceptional. I appreciated how the bed was made neatly each day, and the bathroom was spotless. The housekeeping team did a great job of restocking supplies, such as toiletries and coffee. I noticed that they also took care to arrange my personal items thoughtfully. Overall, I was very satisfied with the housekeeping services during my stay. Thank you for maintaining such high standards!

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The service was excellent, and all the staff were very helpful and polite. A special appreciation to Kiran and RD from the housekeeping team, who took exceptional care of my room throughout my stay. She was polite, professional, and extremely attentive to details. The front office and restaurant staff is also exceptional. Food is great and spread of buffet is amazing.

The food was excellent and so good, it was the best tasting food ever. And the room was also very neat and tidy and very clean. It was the best hotel of my life. It was so good that I would buy a room in that hotel, half room. The staff was very polite and very nice towards me and my family. The hotel has left me speechless in the way how nice polite gentle safe generous neat it was.
