I met Akshay Sir nearly 2 years back and he started coaching me and my life has been better ever since. He is an exceptional life coach with extreme knowledge. His has very strong healing skills. I strongly recommend him for advanced life coaching.
Akshaya is an excellent yoga therapist with a holistic approach & Works on body & mind both.He is patient, motivating , brings in lot of positivity.I suffer from knee pain. He taught me to appreciate every minor improvement without waiting for big improvements which he says will come anyway, in due course. We could not continue due to timing of class & he handed me over to another yoga therapist. Despite discontinuing with him , he stays invested in me & keeps in touch regarding my progress & is still handholding.
Akshay ji has a deep knowledge of yoga and is a wonderful teacher. I appreciate his knowledge and teaching methods. He can change anyone's life because he is so energetic and positive. Today was my second session with him. I felt much lighter afterward. Today's session focused on mental stress, which he explained very well.
