We recently visited this hotel for lunch, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The ambiance was pleasant, the food was delicious, and everything was well organized. A special mention goes to Mr. Vaishnav, who provided us with truly exceptional service. He was polite, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our visit. His warm and professional approach really enhanced our overall experience. It’s always great to see such dedication to hospitality. We genuinely appreciate his effort and would love to visit again soon. Highly recommended!

The rooms at Sofitel Mumbai BKC are spacious, impeccably clean, and elegantly designed, blending modern French sophistication with subtle Indian accents. The beds offer exceptional comfort, bathrooms feature luxurious rainfall showers and premium L'Occitane products, while high-speed Wi-Fi, smart controls, and ample workspaces make it perfect for business travelers in Mumbai's vibrant BKC hub. Staff were outstanding—courteous, warm, and genuinely attentive from arrival to departure, always smiling and eager to help with transfers, recommendations, or any request. Room service was quick and reliable, and housekeeping kept everything pristine daily. The breakfast buffet at Pondichéry Café was a true highlight: an abundant, flavorful spread with Indian specialties like fresh masala dosas, stuffed parathas, and chaat alongside continental choices, live counters, fresh fruits, pastries, and juices—all consistently praised for quality and variety. Evenings shine at the rooftop Jyran, an award-winning tandoor restaurant with breathtaking Mumbai skyline views, exquisite Peshawari and Awadhi cuisine, and inventive cocktails from their signature gin bar—ideal for relaxing amid city lights. Sofitel Mumbai BKC delivers genuine 5-star luxury, flawless service, and elevated dining that makes any Mumbai stay memorable. Highly recommended for discerning guests!

We stayed at the Sofitel BKC for 11 days. The entire trip was memorable with the hotel staff always going above and beyond to make sure my family was well taken care of. Would like to commend Mukhtar, the Duty manager and his guest relations staff for taking care of us during our check in and stay at the hotel. Also, we would visit the daily breakfast at the hotel and the service and attention to detail there was remarkable. Would like to specifically call out our server Arnav, Pastry chef Nilesh and Manager Srimant who all would check in on us to make sure everything we need was taken of. They always went above to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Given the location of the hotel to corporate offices, they do have a lot of corporate guests but the service we have received as guests visiting on personal basis has been amazing. Would stay here again on our next visit.
