The doctors & there staff behaviour is pleasant and he is explaining things pretty well. Hospital accommodation is also good.
Absolutely ridiculous staff. Have been calling since 2 weeks to take appointment. NRI Customer calling from outside India. Every time operator says pooja will call you, pooja doesnt get time to talk, no appointment given. Than operator disconnects the call says i dont have a reply. what can i do? is this professionalism ? very disappointing.
Dr Jaineel is very good doctor but other person (female, name is something like juiliben) who examine eye power doesn't seems professional and knowledgeable.
