I’ve stayed at Crowne Plaza a couple of times now, and it has truly become my go-to stay option whenever I’m in town. One of the biggest reasons I keep coming back is the excellent gym facility - it’s well-equipped, clean, and perfect for maintaining my fitness routine even while traveling. What makes the experience even more special, though, is the consistently warm and welcoming reception. A special mention to Neha from the staff, who always goes above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She made our check-in process smooth and effortless, which was especially appreciated after a long day of travel. This time, she added such a thoughtful personal touch - surprising me with a cake in the room. It was such a sweet gesture and truly made my day extra special. It’s these little details and genuine hospitality that keep me choosing Crowne Plaza time and time again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great amenities, and exceptional service!
I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Gurugram and was thoroughly impressed by the level of hospitality. A special mention must go to Neha Raj, the Assistant Guest Relations Manager. Neha is a true professional who ensures every detail is taken care of with a smile. She was super awesome in coordinating my stay and making sure everything was seamless. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to guest satisfaction. Highly recommended
Overall I had a pleasant stay at CP Gurgaon. Special note of thanks for Shagun at the reception for a smooth check-in and last minute upgrade ( though not an IHG member). Also the Indian fare (Kaansa restraunt) was very authentic and Chef Dhanveer reminded me of old-Delhi flavors that I once knew :). Their Spa is also pretty good, especially the sauna area. Location is good from a connectivity perspective but the area around the hotel (Sector-29) is nothing but an open air trash bin, it is hard to walk around anywhere outside the hotel without encountering heaps and heaps of trash, and the stench. Perhaps the hotel management should take it up withe the civic authorities in the area.
