Concept of maintaining air quality and transparently showcasing that to customers at the hotel round the clock is just amazing and quite relevant for many people who visit Delhi but worries about air quality during those visits. At least you know you are sleeping safe. I also want to commend the care with which the hotel experience was designed .. from quirky messages in the bathroom to an amazing and calm lobby, to the very thoughtful and healthy dry fruit options in the room. Rare to find a hotel which is designed and is delivering experience with that care. The highlight for me is the care with which the staff treats you. While sometimes the shaving kit is delayed by 5 min than what you expect, the restaurant is super fast, healthy and has exceptional staff. I was taking a pill at my breakfast and the staff realized I don’t have water around me even before I searched for water. Got a glass of water for me. That person name is Kailash. He is observant, careful, proactive and respectful. I’m delighted to see that level of service and care. Kailash makes me choose Air By Ahuja over the 5 stars. Hope this hotel grows further and keeps the care for their guests and reward and care for its employees like Kailash.
Excellent Stay at the Hotel I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The rooms were neat and tidy, and the space was very comfortable. I had dinner at the hotel's restaurant, and although the menu was a bit limited, Mr. Kailash went out of his way to ensure I got what I wanted. He was extremely kind and attentive. During breakfast as well, he was kind enough to serve me with a smile. Overall, I had a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. The staff, especially Mr. Kailash, made my stay truly memorable.
