Fraud Alert - people residing in and around noida please beware of this company. Their manager Robin confirmed charge for roach service as 2400/- for amc and i agreed. The service that they completed was complete waste of time and effort..we had to vacate the complete kitchen and wash everything and put it pack only to notice cockroaches back in 7-8 days. I called them again and thats when the real mess started. They started ignoring my calls and wouldnt answer and had to call the headquarters and then Robin finally called back. After multiple reminders, he shared the invoice with me but that too mentioned single service and not amc..i again called back and msged him to rectify this but he didnt send me updated one. Now i get a call from a new manager saying Robin has left the company and their is nothing that they can do because my invoice says its a single service. Guys plz do not deal with such fraudsters..u should rather chose service from local venders near your area. I am at total loss of 2400/- rupees.
The pest control staff was very professional, and arrived on time; they did a great job. They were clear on everything and took care in every corner. I saw a dramatic difference almost immediately after their visit -- we are now completely pest free in my home! Highly recommended!
