I have never been to Naples so I cannot tell you how authentic Neapolitan Pizza tastes like, but what I can confirm is that Fabbrica did not let their recipe get Indianised. If you’re into pizza and have ate from other places, you know what Indianised Pizza is, let me tell you, the Pizzas we tasted here were nothing alike. They have used authentic tomato paste (I know this because it’s the same taste I got when I made pizza at home with imported ingredients), the cheeses were fresh and the dough was fluffy like it should be. Food: 10/10 We ordered Pollo Fritti for starters Chicken tenders (I am guessing thigh pieces) batter fried and served with rosemary on top. They were juicy, loved the in house dip. In pizza we ordered the classic Margherita, tangy tomato, fluffy crust and fresh cheese. We also ordered Piemonte, garlicky with a hint of truffle oil. This was different entirely from what I’m used to. And finally my personal favourite Prosciutto. The pork was smoky and melt in mouth. I could eat it all day. We finished it off with their Tiramisu, mascarpone was smooth and coffee was strong. Service: 8/10 The preparation took some time. Especially for the starters to arrive. The pizzas they gave all at once, which was kinda not ideal as they get cold so we had to hurry a little bit. The staff were courteous and knowledgeable. Price: 7/10 I know this is not a cheap place but I still felt it’s not bang for your buck. For example a Tiramisu of the size they served should not cost 600+ Also they charge a 10% service charge, which would be fine if the prices weren’t already surged by 10-20%. All that being said, I will like to visit again to try out the other pizza offerings. Sad they don’t serve my favorite kind of pasta, but Antipasti menu is still unexplored by me.
One of the finest Italian restaurants in town. If you’re looking for Authentic Italiano then this is the place my friend. Their soups, Pasta, Antipasta, Pizzas are ALL good! The city definitely needs more of such places. The location is also prime and easily accessible by both north ans south locality’s.
I am definitely coming back. Tho I miss the place in elgin but but but the upgrade is amazing. The hot chocolate is too die for. And their napoleon style pizza omg, can't express in words
