Skyhouse Bar & Cafe

Had a wonderful experience at this cafe! The ambience is really pleasant and cozy, the food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. A special mention to Pranshu Singh for the warm hospitality and attentive service that made the visit even better. Definitely a place worth coming back to!

Place is huge, which was awesome for large group of people like us. Best part it has both outdoor and indoor sitting with awesome music everywhere. Place has their own in house DJ with large dancing floor. Mock-tails are the shows topper and a must try. Would recommend to go for Indian foods like kebab platters, malai tikka. Chef was excellent with Indian foods. However continental foods was not upto the mark. Staffs were extremely courteous with excellent service. Above all the rooftop view of sky house is excellent for an amazing evening party 🥳

Disappointed is the word I would use and that is majorly for the Manager Sandeep and then for his service staff. We had a group party of 25 people on 31st January. It started ok, but as the time went the disaster started. - First was service, for a group of 25 people, the staff was bringing 2 to 3 quater plates of snacks and repeating same only after a wait of 10 to 15 min. That was not for only 1 time but throughout the party. - Second, we had 4 tables where liquor was served but they allowed to have only 1 bottle at a time. People were roaming around the tables to serve the liquor themselves. When the staff served the second bottle after request, Sandeep came in shouting and removed the second bottle. - Now the maincourse, they say they serve unlimited, but when asked to refill the empty one with still 15 min left, they said they can't. No reason provided. - Lastly and main, the rude behavior of Sandeep. The last bottle was deposited with the Bartender when the time completed. The group went to the outdoor area to dance when again Sandeep came in shouting and asking for the last bottle, 2 of his staff refused that they took the bottle but thanks to the Bartender who accepted it. Sandeep didn't apologised for the disrespect and his behavior after that and was just worried about his billing. I would seriously not recommend Skyhouse Bar to anyone I know and would also request all to avoid going there. I would rate the service and food lowest and if anything is below 1.
