FabHotel Happy Homely Stay - Hotel in Tingre Nagar, Pune

One word, ewwww FabHotel Happy Homely Stay was a very disappointing experience. The rooms were poorly maintained and felt unclean, with basic hygiene standards not being met. Staff were unresponsive and unhelpful when issues were raised, making the stay stressful. Amenities were missing or not functional, and the overall ambience felt neglected. Location-wise, it was inconvenient for travelers looking for easy access to the city. The food (if offered) was subpar, and overall the value for money was extremely low. I would not recommend this hotel until major improvements are made

I booked my stay through Agoda a week in advance, and my booking was clearly shown as confirmed on the app. However, just one day before check-in, I received a call from FabHotel stating that my reservation was being moved from Homely Stay to another hotel, claiming the property was fully booked. When I reached the alternate hotel, there was no booking under my name at all. To make matters worse, no rickshaws or taxis were available, leaving me stranded. Despite repeated attempts to contact the staff, my calls went unanswered, and neither FabHotel nor the property made any effort to assist my problem. This entire experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional, especially given that the booking had already been confirmed well in advance. The last-minute change, lack of coordination, and poor communication caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

After struggling with other nearby hotels to check in at 2am after my flight a kind auto driver brought me here and I was pleasantly surprised at both the honest pricing and quality of the room The staff kindly allowed me to check out late as I had arrived so late which allowed me to have a nice sleep which was well needed after my flight Morning breakfast was nice and they also helped with something I needed to buy locally. Highly recommend.
