It gives the place a nice energy without feeling loud or rushed. We ordered quite a variety: Pad Thai, many types of dumplings, Honey Lotus Potato, Mo Mo Cha Cha, Toffee Banana, and Ramen. Honestly, the food was consistently great. The Pad Thai had a clean, balanced flavour and didn’t feel heavy. The dumplings were the highlight—soft wrappers, good fillings, and served fresh and hot. Honey Lotus Potato had that perfect crisp-with-glaze combo that you keep going back to. The Ramen was comforting and well-seasoned, the kind of dish that feels perfect after a long day. For dessert, Toffee Banana was the surprise winner—crunchy outside, warm inside, and a fun way to end the meal. Overall, the kitchen definitely knows what they’re doing. Where things could be better is the service. It was slow throughout. We had to ask for basics multiple times—water, cutlery, and even simple follow-ups. The staff were polite and friendly, but the pace didn’t match the quality of the food. It just needs more attentiveness. Overall, Stix is a solid choice if you want good Asian food in a calm, enjoyable setting. The dishes are absolutely worth trying, and even though the service was slow, I’d still come back for the flavours and the overall vibe.
