Patient in answering questions and addressing concerns. Provides creative ideas while keeping practical needs in mind. Excellent communication and customer service. Friendly, approachable, and easy to work with. Truly focused on understanding customer requirements. Made the overall experience smooth and stress-free.

Strongly not Recommended for the Smart Investors in Gujarat (project number 3559399) Our experience with Livspace has been highly disappointing. The interior designers assigned to our project appeared inexperienced and lacked accountability. Communication was poor from the start — they rarely interacted with us directly and often dismissed concerns by saying issues were “out of scope.” The designer visited the site only twice, and most of the work seemed driven by paperwork and monthly targets rather than genuine creative design. The result was a shabby incomplete outcome at an exorbitant cost (shared photos as on 1st September, the date they proposed for completion of work was 9th july) The team in charge kept changing without our consent. Initially, we were assigned Miss Satya, who was later replaced by Disha, who seemed completely lost in the project. Finally, Miss Navneetha Pillai was introduced as an expert interior designer. We found that she hardly provided any intellectual inputs. Eventually Mr. Vraj kumar Panchal, was introduced as an operational manager, while Miss Navneetha Pillai continued dictating instructions from the office. He cheated us with improper use of paint, they used tractor emulsion which is applied on roof on the walls with improper finishing and the door were just painted without any putty finishing. we complained repeatedly but no action was taken. This constant shuffle caused confusion and delays, with repeated excuses about scope and missed deadlines. Despite promises, the work is not completed on time. Once full payment was made, our concerns were largely ignored. Suggestions for improvement were brushed aside, leaving us feeling cheated given the amount we had already paid. No senior ever intervened in spite of our regular complaints in the whatsapp group assigned. We value smart investments that support professionals who are fully involved and accountable. Unfortunately, Livspace did not meet these expectations. I strongly advise others to consider working with small, dedicated local businesses where the owners themselves are involved, profits stay local, and the work is handled with responsibility and care. Investing in such large companies, in our experience, is not fruitful.

never purchase any items from livspace. my project id : 3999568 ( ahmedabad - livspace iscon ) i have been waiting from 90 days yet half material is fixed and half is damaged. they have sent damaged product twice. 1st damaged product took 13-14 days and again 2nd damaged product took 20 days still their representative are saying material is under production. i am still waiting for new material. please never buy
