Dont go to get bald and ruin your good hair and skin in this clinic. See the pictures of hair and scalp taken before I went to Oliva and after PDO threads injection, 2 prp sessions using minoxidil and shampoo and conditioner to get bald. Hair fall increased after using Oliva's shampoos for which I complained as well, also had skin allergies using the luminous GA. After the first PRP session the hair fall increased more, which I had told the Dr Devanshi and she said I have to use Minoxidil after the 2nd prp session. I had always mentioned to her I had this bad hair issue after minoxidil usage in the past and was scared to use it again. But she confirmed this will not be the case now, so I started using Oliva minoxidil from 6th of July, and now hair is falling like anything. I am almost bald now. Disgusted by the treatment, if I had to use minoxidil why did I go for PRP and PDO thread wasting 60K plus? I would have gone to VLCC where they had said they will use GFC, even Vibes and Wizderm said they use GFC growth factor concentrate rather than PRP. And no minoxidil, as it's almost a lifetime dependence. This clinic is to sell out Oliva products which are for sure not FDA approved and disguise customers for their own profit whether suiting or not is none of their concern.

Since then, I’ve started laser toning and hair removal treatments, and I’m really happy with the progress. The doctors are professional, the staff is warm, and the clinic always feels clean and welcoming. Truly one of the best decisions I’ve made for my skin!

Very disappointing experience at Olivia Hair Clinic. My mom had a confirmed appointment that she booked last night. She arrived 20 minutes early today, yet was completely denied service. The receptionist was extremely rude and simply said the doctor couldn’t see her “today,” without offering any explanation, apology, or alternative solution. No effort was made to reschedule or clarify what went wrong, which felt highly unprofessional and disrespectful, especially toward an older patient who came prepared and on time. A clinic should value patients’ time and treat them with basic courtesy. Unfortunately, that was not the case here.
