I am currently attending classes at this UPSC coaching institute, and overall, my experience has been positive. The infrastructure is well-maintained and up to date, classrooms are comfortable, and the library provides a quiet space for serious preparation. The faculty members are highly knowledgeable, and the mentorship guidance is especially commendable, as it truly helps students stay on the right track and are genuinely invested in students’ progress. The staff is also cooperative and professional. However, there is a serious concern regarding the sanitation facilities. The condition of the washrooms is extremely poor, which raises significant concerns not only about hygiene but also about security. Basic cleanliness and proper maintenance are essential in an institution preparing students for a prestigious examination like UPSC. Basic hygiene and sanitation should not be compromised. As the current condition and availability of washrooms are not up to standard, this creates inconvenience, especially during long classes. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback constructively and improves these facilities to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all students.

I’ve had a truly enriching experience at Chahal Academy while preparing for both UPSC and GPSC examinations. The institute stands out for its dedicated faculty members such as Khushal Sir, Karan Sir; who not only have deep subject knowledge but also the ability to simplify complex topics in an understandable and exam-oriented way. What impressed me most is their one-to-one mentorship program especially Rutu Ma'am who guided us throughout the Mains preparation.This kind of individual guidance is rare and immensely valuable for aspirants who need personalized study plans and motivation through the long preparation journey.

It is a very good environment here to prepare for competitive exams(upsc/gpsc). The teaching style of the faculty is very good. The mentor constantly pays attention to the students and helps them through mock tests for both prelims and mains. With their help, I passed the prelims and my mains also went well,due to the very good preparation they gave me for the mains.
