Not Recommended at all, They usually took long time to wash your clothes , then delivered unwashed clothes, this happened with me twice. Very poor service and costly than Delhi, they used some fragrance and returned my clothes as it is. Worst Laundry ever! Whenever I raised complaint regarding their wash quality they usually told chemical smells, not the body odour
They were meant to deliver the curtains on the second of February. When I called they said we will deliver it the following day. On 3rd , they themselves called that they’ll send it by second half, and didn’t turn up. When I called and said stop making excuses they were highly unprofessional. Not one sorry was uttered. If the bike has broken down, I’ve given business worth 8000 they can surely spend 80 bucks to send their person on a rapido. But nope. They were busy arguing about my tone , because I’m supposed to be throwing a party that I’ve come across yet another unprofessional brand that doesn’t stick to timelines. And on top of that , today also they’ve not showed up. I’m sure they’ve ruined my curtains and finding excuses to postpone the inevitable.
