This school was first recommended to me by a dear friend, and now it’s been more than 3 years of wonderful musical journey for my daughter and we’re so grateful for it. Infact I’ve become the one happily recommending it to all my friends—you can imagine how much we love it! All the teachers are kind and patient, and makes learning feel easy and enjoyable. The energy of each and every teacher gives so much life to the school and the whole musical experience. I’ve seen my daughter grow more confident with every lesson with her favourite Robert Sir (Piano) and Richard Sir (Western Vocals). She actually looks forward to going, which says a lot! And now after moving to a different state, my daughter will still continue her classes online—that itself shows how much this school means to us. It’s been such a special part of her journey. Thank you Kumud Sir (The Director) for creating such a beautiful space for children to learn and grow through music. Thank you Nitin (Admin) for always being so patient and helpful with all our queries . Lots of good wishes to Cyan Melon School Of music ♥️
PIANO: My children—a brother and sister—took piano lessons about four years. The piano teacher is tremendous; they adapted their approach to suit the children's moods—being gentle, entertaining, and sometimes even goofing around with them—while always ensuring that the children made steady progress. No matter how much the children struggled, the teacher patiently stuck with them until they were able to master the material. The teacher also accommodates my specific requests; they would compile notes on areas where the children struggled and provide comments tailored to help me—as the supporting parent—better understand how to assist them. Thanks to this comprehensive support, the children's technical skills improved steadily. I am also incredibly grateful for the special arrangements made—including the use of video sessions—to help them prepare for exams. DRUMS: About two years, we also enlisted the help of a drum teacher to aid with rhythm training for the piano. The drum teacher was also excellent at keeping the students motivated, constantly sharing a wealth of information and numerous instructional videos. They dedicated ample time to working on diligent foundational exercises, and that rhythm training has undoubtedly paid dividends in the children's piano playing as well. While the monthly tuition is on the higher side, the studio owner made special arrangements to ensure that we felt the value of the lessons justified the cost; that is precisely why we were able to continue our studies there for such a long time.
I recently visited The Cyan Melon School of Music and had a great experience. The atmosphere is warm and inspiring, and you can really feel the focus on quality learning. I also had the chance to interact with Founder Kumud Gautam - a wonderful person whose genuine passion for music clearly reflects in the way the school is run. Highly recommended for anyone looking to learn music!
