I visited this workshop for the first time for regular service of my Skoda Rapid. They did a great job — work was done properly, charges were fair, and everything was completed on time. I had a very good overall experience. Highly recommended for all German cars, as they have the proper setup experience technician and use genuine parts.
My Honda Brio had a problem with the ECM. Authorized service centre asked for Rs 25,000/- to change the ECM. WOS was able to repair the ECM at a much lower cost. Their approach was professional, sending me video updates about the repair process, and informing me about the likely expenditure at every stage. They were courteous and stuck to the timelines provided. My car is working well now. I will go back to WOS without hesitation in future. and recommend them to others too.
Using their services for the past few years for my car's annual engine oil change & minor maintenance. I've found the owner, Mr. Anupam to be friendly & communicative. The service advisor is efficient & the mechanics are thorough with their work. The staff & workers here have remained the same over the years, which leads to ease of dealing. I prefer to stay beside my car during servicing & have learnt a thing or two during my service visits. Keep up the good work & if possible, try to get the workshop more orderly.
