Arun and his staff were very professional and warm, focusing on real customer care. What impressed me most was the transparency. They examine the clothes and commit to the cleaning only after ensuring they can commit to what they can deliver. Even more remarkable is that I gave 5 suits and 2 blazers and it was all done in less than 48 hrs compared to several other places that take a week to dry clean a shirt! An ethical bonus is that they use clean eco-friendly products which is environmentally responsible. I wish had found them earlier. Such a fantastic experience overall!

I don't get how places like these get 5 stars. Chennai is the worst place to find dry cleaners, leave alone good ones. After years of trying to find a decent one I went here encouraged by the reviews. The first thing they tell me is they don't remove stains. Secondly if the suit is wool blended they will charge double, which is some ridiculous sum like Rs 3500 for my son's graduation suit. I walked out and decided to follow my time honoured tradition of getting my silks and woollens cleaned, darned and magically stain-removed at any one of the million dry cleaners in Delhi at one-third this price and with hundred times the skill which make your old clothes come back looking brand new. Chennai continues its dismal record of useless, overpriced cleaners.
