I wish I could give more stars! Great place to stay. Likely the best shower in Pune! We had a suite room with a nice balcony and living room area. The staff went above and beyond the call of duty. Shout out to Imroj, who is a super nice person, and valuable asset to this hotel. The water refill on each floor was amazing, as was their desire to reduce plastic. Nice pool and gym as well. Thank you so much!
I had recently stayed in the jewels royale hotel recently and I must say I have had the best experience during my stay . The rooms were clean near and was amazing . The bathrooms were also very clean . The housekeeping staff were also very good . Our trip was a bit unplanned and even at the last moment and the staff were very understanding and without no hesitation accepted all our requests . Mr.Meen was a saviour in disguise I must say as he had helped us in so many ways regarding the changing of the rooms and also gave us an upgrade to the suite room. He with no hesitation at all helped us with room changing and was very kind . He had also helped us arrange rooms for my brother's friends too at the best price . The breakfast was also good with a variety spread. Overall the location and the ambience and everything about the AR suites jewel Royale is fantastic. Its very value for money . Thank you for everyone and Mr.Meen for giving us a hassle free experience and a 5 star hotel service . The only thing I would suggest is that they keep mineral water bottles at mrp instead of those glass bottles . Other than that if you are visiting Pune this will be the best place that u can stay with ur family and is kind of at the center of the city so it's easy to access everything . Its also in a residential neighborhood which is also a added bonus for safety .
A very neat and beautiful property with a good location nearby. The service is really good and staff is also very polite and hard working. Special thanks to the staff member- Vipul, he is very kind, helpful and hard working. Would love to come back for a stay at this property!
