Taj Mahal Palace — A Classic Taj Experience I had originally booked a stay at the Taj Tower, but to my pleasant surprise the hotel upgraded us to the Taj Mahal Palace — a wonderful gesture that immediately elevated our experience. I was travelling with my parents and my nephew, and they absolutely loved the stay. The property carries a timeless charm and elegance, and the overall experience truly reflects the luxury and legacy of the Taj brand. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully maintained, and the service throughout the stay was warm and professional. The staff ensured we felt welcomed and taken care of, which made the experience even more memorable for my family. The only small drawback was that the hotel was extremely crowded, which led to about an hour’s waiting time for check-in. However, given the popularity of the property, it was understandable and the rest of the stay more than made up for it. Overall, the comfort, heritage atmosphere, and attentive service made it a special stay. The Taj Mahal Palace remains one of those iconic hotels that truly delivers a memorable experience.

Simply pleasant and something to remember forever. The hospitality is extremely welcoming and warm. They took care of even the smallest of things and as we were there to celebrate a birthday, they even went beyond to make it special for us with delicacies, cakes and a wonderful spread of breakfast. Extremely happy to have celebrated there. Truly sparks kindness around of our beloved Ratan Tata Ji, one can feel his ideologies instill in their staff of all grades. Taj. This hotel is just beyond amazing and has been since the first minute we walked in the door. They have a scanner like the airports coming in the door so its very very safe. The checkin is amazing and we arrrived early after a long flight we were accomodated with and early checking and a free breakfast which was also beyond amazing. Everything about the hotel shone of friendship, quality in every aspect, food, surroundings I have never experienced anythling like it before and i have stayed in many places throught the world. I had a wee teddy on my bed and the lovely housekeeping chap, let me another similar once with it, i left glasses beside my laptop and they have given me a small paper bag with a glass cleanig cloth, petals ont he bed at night, they tidy up your phone wires with a little clasp to keep them neat. I had no idea how people even thought of these small treats. If you want top class luxury this is the place to be, it is also very conveniently located. I could write an essay on the quality of the hotel, its staff and surroundings.
