Very worst experience.. during booking thet have committed one and given it another one. Total disaster. I very much disappointed the communication from Manager Sam to actual executing person. No flower shower .. the guest sofa are one of the worst..they don't even have sense how guest can sat on the damaged..both sides. Very nasty...since we paid 100% advance 5250 for the roof top with simple cake cutting for 4 adults. It's not worth of it !. I would request guest don't visit this place/ don't waste your money to plan for some occasion like birthday or wedding day...not at all worthy.. they not even say sorry for mis arrangement. Very disappointed!!!!

I dont know how this restaurant was able to achieve such high stars. Maybe the people visiting there lack the proper food pallete and considers everything given by a restaurant with sub par ambience as best food. We ordered buffalo wings on the recommendation of the waiter and drums of heaven. Both were worst pieces of chicken I have ever had. Even a street side food vendor will have better food quality than them. All the grill items were not available, I dont know why even have them if you dont serve them. At last we ordered Biryani, which was the worst Biryani I have ever had in Chennai. It was like a fried rice with pieces on chicken and mutton inside them. They only offer bottled water which is a whopping Rs 115 per bottle. I would advise them to change the chef and work on there menu.

I recently visited Heights Restaurant for a Women’s Day dinner with my friends. They promised an unlimited buffet, unlimited mocktails, a wide range of dishes, and a DJ with live singers. Instead, the experience was completely disappointing. The buffet only had biryani and some frozen chicken pop and nuggets. The mocktails were neither varied nor good—just one tasteless color drink. The food was cold and dry; they said reason so much of wind so that it is. The so-called DJ was just playing songs on Spotify, and no singers ever showed up. They charged heavily but failed to deliver on every promise. This was an utterly disorganized and unsatisfactory experience. I wouldn’t even give them one star. I urge others to avoid this place—it's not worth your time or money. Finally, I wasted money for this unworthily hotel.
