The Pride Hotel Bangalore

It is a great hotel, and the location too is fabulous. The food and good and the staff is courteous. Have been visiting this hotel for more than a year now and it has never disappointed me. However they should understand the needs of their vegetarian guests and add some more dishes in the veg section of the breakfast buffet. But overall a great experience as always.

Its a good hotel.. the room size for the deluxe room that we stayed in was good.. There are 2 negative points - 1) the breakfast was very average.. we did not have any other meals here except for breakfast for 3 straight days... the taste was very average... 2) the prices are very high according to the services and facility of the hotel... there is no swimming pool... we stayed from 11th dec till 14th dec... i dont know why but prices were as high as a 5star hotel

Very disappointing experience at The Pride Hotel Bangalore near to Richmond circle.The service quality has become worse day by day, and the overall management of the hotel is very poor. Faced multiple issues during the stay, including unclean rooms, lack of proper housekeeping, and extremely poor customer service. At times, hotel staff entered the room without properly knocking, which was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Also unhappy with the behavior and handling of guests by the night manager, Satyajeet. He takes bribes and allows young girls & old men. There appeared to be irregular practices regarding extra charges and guest handling, which raised serious concerns for me as a customer. Additionally, several facilities promised to guests were either unavailable or not maintained properly. Based on the experience, the hotel management should seriously improve cleanliness, staff professionalism, guest privacy, and transparency in their services. Would not recommend this hotel unless major improvements are made.
