I had a very positive experience at HOD Pusa Road. The entire team was extremely supportive and compassionate throughout our visit. The receptionist Seema deserves special appreciation for her excellent customer-centric approach. She provided clear guidance and proper assistance at every step of the process, making everything smooth and stress-free. The staff member who assisted my mother with the wheelchair was extremely humble and very efficient in his work. Additionally, the lady who helped my mother inside the washroom was very kind and supportive. I had come alone with my mother, who is on a wheelchair, but at no point did I feel the need for additional help or assistance. The staff ensured that my mother was comfortable and well taken care of throughout. I truly appreciate the professionalism, kindness, and supportive attitude of the entire team.
