Recently visited Chennai physio care for DR (Diastasis Recti). I had physiotherapy treatment under Dr.Vanathy and her team at the clinic for 21days for the same. The sessions were very clear and focused on improving my core as this is not only restricted with DR, inorder to prevent few other complications connected with DR I had to undergo the treatment which was very meaningful and much needed. Every Women should very much have awareness regarding DR and DR related complications for her own well being. And I also appreciate the post treatment guidance and review with Dr.Vanathy which is indeed a longterm support and motivation for us.
March 2026, I went to see Dr. Vanathy with a worsening knee pain I had not attended to for almost two years. After thorough examination and an MRI, she explained to me patiently my condition and cause of my pain. Her words of encouragement helped regain my self confidence. She came up with a structured 21 day treatment plan. Soon after, pain and inflammation reduced and I started feeling much better. Her team is fabulous and she supervises every session personally. She taught me simple but powerful exercises and corrected my posture to prevent further recurrence. She is knowledgeable, skillful, friendly and an exceptional professional. Truly the best. Dr. Vanathy explained the guidelines clearly and motivated me with a positive approach throughout the treatment. Her team was also very patient, supportive, and professional.
