I had a very upsetting experience at this clinic. I brought my 2-month-old kitten in for a simple nail trim, but the staff cut her nails far too deep, causing several of them to bleed. They also left two of her nails completely untrimmed. When I asked why the nails were cut so deep, the explanation I received was that the kitten kept moving. However, handling small animals safely during basic procedures like nail trimming should be part of a veterinary clinic’s responsibility. Seeing my kitten bleeding and clearly uncomfortable was very distressing. I expected more care and professionalism, especially with such a young animal. I hope the clinic improves their handling and attention so other pets don’t have to go through the same experience.
I visited there and had a great experience! The doctor was very good, kind, friendly and explained everything in detail. They took the time to address all our concerns and made us feel at ease. I also got my dog groomed there and the service was excellent. Highly recommend 👍🏻
Both Doctor Pankaj and Doctor Vikaas are very friendly and extremely efficient. They try their best to make my pets comfortable. I am very happy that my cats are under their care. They have thorough knowledge of dealing with pets. Moreover, they are accessible any time of the day.
