I recently completed a 3-week stay at this incredible property, and it truly felt like a peaceful retreat right in the middle of a hot, bustling city. The service here is easily some of the best you will find in Mumbai. The entire room service team was amazing, but I want to give a special shout-out to Suresh. His hospitality and attentiveness were unmatched, and he genuinely made my long stay feel like a home away from home. The hotel's restaurant and spa are also fantastic and well worth experiencing. The only minor hiccup during an otherwise perfect stay was with the key card readers. The cards frequently wouldn't register, especially when trying to use the lifts or opening the room door, which required a few tries to get working. That small tech issue aside, if you are visiting Mumbai and want a perfect location close to BKC or the international airport, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. I will definitely be back!
I had a wonderful experience and would like to thank the entire team for their excellent service and hospitality. Although there was a slight inconvenience during our stay, it was handled professionally and efficiently, which truly reflected the team's commitment to guest satisfaction. A special thank you to Ayush Arora and all the fellow team members who assisted us throughout our visit. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and friendly attitude made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service and genuine hospitality. Thank you once again to Ayush Arora and the entire team for making our stay so pleasant.
The hotel staff feel like you've walked into a government office from the 90's. Feel like you're dealing with governmet employees kinda vibe. Rooms are old but well maintained and the overall old school charm of the hotel is really nice. Splush marble flooring everywhere and a strong solid build. Would recommend the 6 degree bar for a few. We got a lovely 50% discount when it came to paying the bill and were pleasently surprised. The gym is one of the best I've seen around the world! For a hotel gym, it's pretty well equipped. Other than the actual attitude of the staff and also the over whelming of the staff that are appointed to stand in the lobby loo to assist you etc. the overall experience was nice. They did goof up our poolview booking and said that we were upgraded to a higher catagory but it didn't feel like anything special.
