We are 4 brothers stayed on 27 th feb 2026 for one night have to say, this resort is genuinely outstanding in nearly every way — the kind of place that makes you wonder why more hotels can’t get it right. The booking staff Ms Kiran And Ankita were absolute gems: super responsive, helpful with every request, and made the whole reservation process smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. No stress, no hidden fees, just pure professionalism. Then you arrive, and the lobby staff greet you like long-lost family. Warm smiles, quick check-in, cold welcome drinks, and they genuinely seemed happy to see us. Same goes for the entire front-of-house team — attentive without being overbearing, always ready with recommendations or help. The restaurant staff deserve a standing ovation. Polite, efficient, knowledgeable about the menu, and they remembered our preferences after just one meal. Service was flawless every single time. The restaurant staff deserve a standing ovation. Particularly My Nimai, Saraswati,Marjia,Mariyam .Polite, efficient, knowledgeable about the menu, and they remembered our preferences after just one meal. Service was flawless every single time. And the food? All pure Veg and jain Wow. Breakfast was exceptional — fresh juices, perfectly cook amazing variety of Indian and international options, crispy dosas, fluffy idlis, and the best filter coffee I’ve had outside South India. Lunch and Dinners were equally impressive: generous portions, and everything tasted fresh and well-seasoned. Honestly, the dining alone would make me come back. Rooms were spotless — neat, clean, beautifully maintained, comfortable beds, great AC, modern bathroom with good water pressure. Everything you expect from a high-end resort and more. Truly, this place is a 5-star experience… except for one tiny (well, buzzing) detail. The mosquitoes. Oh my god, the mosquitoes. They must have declared open season on guests. Despite the lovely room and everything else being perfect, these little bloodsuckers turned evenings into a slap-fest and left me looking like I lost a fight with a beehive. I spent half my time swatting instead of relaxing by the pool or enjoying the balcony. For a resort of this caliber, it’s shocking they haven’t figured out better screening, repellents in every room, or regular fumigation. One small oversight, but it ruined the vibe enough to dock half a star. Would I return? Probably yes, because everything else was that good… but only if they promise to win the war against the mosquitoes first. Highly recommend — just pack industrial-strength bug spray and prepare for battle. 🦟

I never expected the resort to be this incredible. The property is massive — spread across 27 acres — and truly breathtaking. What makes it even more unique is that the bullet train passes through the premises, and guests can actually see it right from their rooms, which is such a rare experience in India. The food was absolutely delicious, and the hospitality was outstanding. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and made our stay even more memorable.
