*Worst experience* I visited this clinic to remove my friend skin tags. Since laser removal can leave scars if not performed by a skilled professional, I carefully researched and read reviews before making an appointment. The facilities were good, and my consultation with the doctor was satisfactory. As I was considering both scar prevention and skin recovery, the cost was not a major concern for me. However, there was a family at the clinic who behaved in a very unpleasant manner multiple times. I simply looked at them to express my discomfort, but surprisingly, most of the staff (except the doctor and that family) complained about me instead. I do not understand why I was asked to move when I was not causing any disturbance, while the family who created the issue was left alone. In addition, there was a clear lack of communication among the staff. One staff member told me to go for another consultation with the doctor, while the counter staff gestured that it was not necessary. Due to this confusion, I spoke directly with the doctor and eventually received an apology. Although I received an apology, this was the worst experience I have had visiting a hospital in India. Because of the staff’s behavior—not the doctor’s—I will never visit this clinic again.

The staff was also very polite, friendly, and helpful throughout the visit. Overall, the environment was welcoming and professional. She explained the procedure clearly, guided me well, and also provided helpful skincare advice tailored to my skin. The laser treatment showed very good results and the procedure was smooth with minimal discomfort. Overall, I am very happy and satisfied with my experience. The care, results, and supportive staff make Skinos Clinic highly recommendable for anyone considering laser treatments.
