Excellent service! The staff at the reception and the technicians are very polite and helpful. They guide you through the process efficiently, making the entire experience stress-free. The accuracy and quick turnaround time for reports are impressive. 5 stars!
Total bullshit management, here! During the peak timing of the evening, when all the patients are coming and waiting for 30 to 60 mins, doctor goes for a private meeting. This is simple mismanagement of time and tasks. Instead of focusing on patients and smooth service, staff here focuses on getting the payment from patient, first thing; then they make patient wait for upto 1 hr just to meet the doctor, because, doctor is busy in private meetings as priority is meetings and not patients. Even reception staff also don’t have manners to talk frankly or clearly to patients, they just avoid the talk with patients and just talks between them creating confusion. Not at all a worth to visit here! Visit only if you want to get irritated! Never going to recommend to anyone! Not able to give zero stars, that’s why giving 1 star!!!!
They just know to scam. i thought of going with them as they were in vicinity and I needed an urgent KFT test for my mother. The charge was 750 rupees (including 100 rupees for sample collection at home) which is still almost double of the cost taken my Major players like Tata 1 mg in Pune (they cost only 399 rupees) so I assumed the test would give the measure of electrolytes as well. But they gave a basic test report without electrolytes, when I asked for electrolytes information to be added in the report they asked for another ₹750. I am completely pissed off and now booked an appointment in Tata 1 mg. will never go again for these local labs and centres. They just know how to scam and loot people.
