Worst experience at Kaleva. The menu and staff did not mention any extra charges while taking the order. At billing, they suddenly added ₹20 for "packing" and ₹70 for "ice" without any prior intimation or consent. This is plain scamming. If you have charges, disclose them upfront. Slipping in ₹90 in hidden costs after the meal feels like being held hostage at the counter. Food was average, but the dishonesty ruined everything. A restaurant that tricks customers over small amounts can't be trusted with big ones. *Avoid if you value transparency.* There are better places that don't need to loot customers with fake add-ons. *Tip to Management*: List all charges clearly on the menu. This "surprise billing" tactic is unethical and will cost you repeat customers.
The dahi valle is to die for...So also the gajar ka halwa..The savouries and the sweets are too good..And specially the kunafa..
We ordered 10 thalis from Kaleva today 24/05/2026 around 7 PM. Unfortunately, the mixed veg, dal makhani, and dessert were spoiled and not fresh. Please avoid the thali, especially the deluxe thali.
