Saga Fitness is hands down one of the best gyms in the area, but the real game-changer for me has been the personal training. I’ve been training under Veer Sir, and the results have been absolutely amazing. His knowledge of form, nutrition, and workout programming is top-notch. He knows exactly how to push you past your limits while ensuring you stay injury-free. If you’re looking for a transformation, I highly recommend joining Saga Fitness.
Great gym for fitness and networking. Really like the vibes here nd all fitness equipments are there so having a great build up here. Me and my dad have joined it back 3-4 months and we both love the environment here. Though we have to set our timings according to the crowd as between 7.30 to 10 in the morning and 6 to 8.30 in the evening it's a rush hour, too much crowd. So we try to majorly avoid that timings.
The gym is well-kept and has a friendly atmosphere. Equipment availability is good most of the time, though peak hours can be a bit crowded. Overall, a decent place to maintain a regular fitness routine.
