I am truly grateful to the entire veterinary team for the exceptional care they provided to my cat, Chintu. From the very first visit, the doctors showed remarkable patience, compassion, and dedication. They explained every step of the treatment clearly, answered all my questions with empathy, and never made me feel rushed, and were also available beyond their work hours. Their calm approach and gentle handling made a huge difference, especially during such a stressful time for both Chintu and me. What impressed me the most was their professionalism combined with genuine concern for Chintu’s well-being. They monitored her closely during and after her uterus removal surgery for pyometra, adjusted treatment when needed, and ensured that I was updated at every stage. Thanks to their timely interventions and expert guidance, Chintu received the best possible medical support. I sincerely appreciate the doctors and the entire clinic staff for their commitment, kindness, and the heartfelt care they provide to every pet who walks in.
I took my dog Olive to PetAid Clinic on 23 May for a routine scan. Dr. Anuj Sisodia, without our consent or information, gave her heavy unnecessary injections. He first denied it and destroyed the evidence (vials). When Olive collapsed (unconscious, eyes rolled up, blue tongue), he changed his story — claiming painkiller/muscle relaxant due to “non-cooperation” (false per CCTV) and later admitting he gave it to the “wrong dog by mistake.” Olive suffered severe decline: loss of movement, hearing, nosebleeds, needing oxygen and saline. She passed away on 29 May. Dr. Sisodia took no responsibility, offered only bill refund after police complaint. Warning to Pet Parents: Stay away from Dr. Anuj Sisodia and PetAid Clinic. Many 5-star reviews claiming 17-20 years seem fake. Protect your pets. We lost our beloved Olive due to this carelessness. Forever missed.
I had a wonderful experience at Pet Aid Clinic on Law College Road for my cat’s surgery. The doctors at the clinic are very good—Dr. Hatekar and Dr. Supriya handled my cat with great care and attention. The staff is also very polite and caring. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I’m grateful for the excellent treatment my cat received.
