I took my mother for an eye checkup. After the examination, she underwent surgery on one eye the next day and the second eye on the following day. The entire process was very smooth and helpful. The staff were caring, professional, and their behavior was excellent. Overall, I am very satisfied with the treatment and care provided to my mother.
Had gone for a regular check up. Doctors are awesome. Staff were cooperative and process felt smooth and well coordinated. Few points of improvement - waiting time despite patient arrival on time is huge, crowd mgt can be better. The pharmacy store should offer some discount in this day and age where even a small med shop gives min 15% off.
