They promised that the 4 pm batch is exclusively for ladies, but now they have appointed a male trainer for that batch too. Trainers keep leaving within a few weeks to few months due to poor administering. The management is totally indifferent to the client’s problems, in fact the manager Jasper is absconding for the past one month..he is neither available at the studio nor does he respond to calls. They randomly cancel classes multiple times in a week citing electricity issues.. I regret having paid a huge amount as annual subscription for this I’ll- maintained & I’ll- managed place. Pls do not fall for their sweet talk & get enrolled in any of their branches.
My experience at Diva Yoga has been enriching and a good addition to my lifestyle. Apart from yoga, I also look forward to the encouraging and positive interactions with my co-yoga learners on a daily basis. My yoga instructor - Aarti is lively, understands our body limits and pushes us to get better each day. Her techniques are at par and demonstrates it so well for us to learn and apply. Studio Manager, Vishnu is also welcoming of our Q&A at all times. The infrastructure and tools are also always well kept at the Studio.
Please sign up with caution. They shut down operations in a few Mumbai branches and it's been over 6 months and there are still no signs of refund. I paid in lumsum and now I am paying the price. There are many like me that are still waiting for clarity which they have failed to provide. They have blocked all channels of reaching out. Messages don't get delivered. Admins have switched off the rights for non admins to post anything on the group. No replies to email. It pains me to displace my frustration but they have left me with no choice.
