Hyatt Regency Kolkata

Had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Kolkata. The property was comfortable, the service was smooth, and overall it made for a really pleasant experience. A special shout-out to Prince from Riverside Café — he went above and beyond to take care of our needs, especially when the main venue wasn’t open. Also a big thanks to Kuntal, the restaurant manager, who truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. In the bar, Sameer did his absolute best to make sure my friends and I had a great time — really appreciated his energy and attention. And of course, recognition for the rest of the wonderful team: Marful, Anusri, Arup, Sofia, Kuljit, Jamir, Sandipan, and Aloke. Their professionalism and warm hospitality made the stay even better. Great hotel, great people — highly recommended.

The rooms are tastefully designed, offering breathtaking views that make every moment special. The breakfast restaurant overlooks soothing fountains and lush gardens, creating a truly refreshing start to the day. The poolside ambiance is equally delightful, surrounded by stunning landscapes that add to the charm of the stay. The food was excellent, prepared with great care, and the courteous staff went above and beyond to make the experience exceptional. A perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and hospitality — truly a memorable stay.

Hyatt, as a brand never disappoints! Absolutely loved the place, the ambience, the food and the hospitality. Although the ala carte menu is limited to certain dishes, but the quality and taste of the food is top notch and very savoury. I can definitely recommend this place for anniversaries or birthday parties. Do check Zomato and Swiggy for lucrative offers on dining. I'll also recommend visiting in the afternoon, as you'll get a good view of the Waterside Cafe.
